Customer complained that both doors opened on their own. Troubleshot down to the fridge being tilted forward. The floor is out of level. Adjusted the leveling legs and shimmed the back. Customer requested that the doors opening direction be swapped. Swapped hinges and tested functions. Unit works as designed.

Customer complained of loads not advancing. Troubleshot down to a failed pressure hose. Replaced part and tested functions. Unit works as designed. Recommended that the customer replace his fill hoses and supply valves.; used 1 WP353244 (Hose) from stock

Customer complained of no heat. Found the resettable high limit thermostat in the open position. Reset and tested functions. Troubleshot down to a resctricted vent cuasing the issue. Instructed customer to have flex vent replaced and trimmed down behind the dryer. Also the portions of hard vent should be cleaned the entire length. Unit works as designed.

"Customer complained of freezing items in the RC. Unit was set to 35F RC and -2F FC. Food was blocking the space between the back wall and back of the shelves. Changed the temperatures to recommended and instructed customer to pull the food forward. Customer complained of cloudy water, slow water, and an off taste. The cloudiness of the water is from air bubbles that do dissipate after a few minutes. Tap water from the sink had the same amount and also dissipated. The piercing valve for the water supply to the fridge is seized. Recommended that they have it replaced. This is causing the slower water and possibly an off taste if there's any corrosion in the valve. There are no parts on the fridge that can be changed to affect the taste of the water. Called Tech.
