First off you never speak to a real person when you schedule a service appointment, its all done through an AI bot. I scheduled a dishwasher repair and received a text confirmation for Thursday, 4pm. By 6pm the repair person had still not arrived and or called. I sent a text at 6:05 and they texted back that the technician was booked all day and couldn't make it. I was furious that they had not reached out to tell me this.They offered to schedule another appointment for the next day and asked what time worked for me. I told them 9-12 worked best, then was told the technician only works from 7:30am to 12:30 pm every day!! I thought that was insane since they had confirmed my appt for 4pm, but I asked what was the next availability.They then said he was not available till the next Monday, 4 days later, starting at 7:30am even though they had just asked me what time the next day worked for me! Their service is horrible I don't know how they stay in business. Stay away from this company!!

Our serviceman,Austin, was extremely professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He worked diligently to find our problem and fixed it readily,giving us useful information to help us with our oven in the future. We will definitely call DC Appliance again.
