Austin was a fine representative for DC Appliance repair-he is taking the edge off of handwashing our dishes while we stand next to a Whirlpool dishwasher that no longer works (less than a year old). Austin was helpful, professional and courteous and has given us hope. As for Whirlpool...we expected more!

Wayne was our service tech for our fridge issue. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and explained his diagnosis well. He determined the problem and estimated cost of repair and gave his honest opinion for what we could do. In the end, we decided to replace the fridge with a new one. Would definitely call DC Appliance Repair again for repairs!

DC Appliance Repair serviced my washing machine. It was a minor repair. They fixed it quickly. The technicians were very friendly and helpful. I have used there services before and have been very satisfied with their work.
