It's been 4 years but this is my second time using DC Appliance Repair. I Would recommend to others! Needed my refrigerator repair. The technician, Dominic, was prompt, courteous, professional and did a fantastic job fixing it in a very timely fashion.

I just called with some questions and they didn’t give me the runaround or try to get me to schedule an appointment. I very much appreciate that as it wasn’t worth it to fix my appliance. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant on the phone and they called me quickly with the information I needed!! Thank you!

Dominic repaired my washer(Amana NTW4519JW2) today. Very kind, courteous gentleman who did a great job! I'd highly recommend this company. A++

Whirlpool washer was part of a recall. Devin came with the part and it was fixed very fast. He explained what the problem was. Very polite and efficient. A+ recommendation

Mike replaced our built-in ice maker in a flash, then aligned door and cleaned freezer. Great work and very friendly!

I had scheduled a dishwasher repair and then the ususal Buffalo winter storm hit. I had to reschedule which was done promptly and without a hitch. Mike called and said he was on his way and arrived 10 minutes later. He was not only prompt he was personable and helpful. He thought I needed a new motor and had one on the truck so he brought it in after discussing costs with me. When he pulled the old motor out he discovered that a large piece of lint had clogged the motor and kept it from turning. He removed it, checked the motor and all was good. He saved me the cost of a new motor! This was my first time using DC Appliance but it surely will not be my last. Everything about the experience was non stressful. If you get Mike you are lucky, but I am sure they are all good.

Chuck came in and did a great job explaining to me my issue and what he was doing and how to prevent it from happening again.

Maytag Commercial washer wasn't agitating/spinning, and made a loud noise. Gary arrived, diagnosed the problem, and replaced the faulty part. I was pleasantly surprised Gary had the part on his truck and was able to fix my washer that morning. Gary was friendly and was happy to answer my questions. This is the second time I have used DC Appliance Repair. Highly recommend DC Appliance Repair.
