I’m sorry but the gentleman who came to my house did not even touch my appliance he based his decision on I don’t know what I guess on what I told him that the national fuel guys said but for all he knew it could have been a loose gas connection on the back of the dryer he did not pull out or take a look at it at all now unless you have a record of these units going bad I think it’s in the hook up not the dryer itself because I have smelled gas ever since I got it so unless it was bad from day one it’s nothing that has gone wrong this gentleman can not have a clue what’s really going on because he didn’t do a thing if someone would like to come back and really examine the dryer I would appreciate it
