Customer complained of no heat. Troubleshot down to the gas supply valve never being turned back on at delivery. Turned on and tested functions. Unit works as designed.

customer stated that the unit is leaking found water in the bottom of the washer alos unit isnt filling all the way when set to a load size ald the timer is very loud and not reading the cycle right
