customer stated that the unit is doing the same thing not running part hanging found that the cap wire harness is broken was able to fix however the gear case hole for the cap is rusted out cant tighten the cap down to make it stop moveving customer is going to need to get a new gear case installed unit is not covored for a new gear case

Customer complaint of washer leaking. Verified complaint. Diagnosed drain hose was not fully seated to washer causing leak. Repaired by securing hose to washer. Tested and unit works as it should

Unit has clogged drain line steamed drain line all operations now test okay
