Customer states the washer will sometimes not fully spin the clothes out. Also the door will not fully close. Removed and repaired door hinge to fix the door issue. Also determined that the washer got off balance which was causing it to not spin properly. Advised customer to wash clothes of simlar fabric together and to use bulky cycle on larger loads. Also leveled and calibrated unit. Unit is operating as designed.
