APPLIANCE REPAIR COST

Our service call and diagnosis fee is $118.95 plus tax on most items. This includes the trip to the home and a complete diagnosis of your unit regardless of time. Parts and labor are extra. Labor is calculated using a national flat rate labor guide.

For the 2nd appliance in the same home during the same trip the service call and diagnosis fee is $59.95 plus tax.

Austin was a fine representative for DC Appliance repair-he is taking the edge off of handwashing our dishes while we stand next to a Whirlpool dishwasher that no longer works (less than a year old). Austin was helpful, professional and courteous and has given us hope. As for Whirlpool...we expected more!

Wayne was our service tech for our fridge issue. He was prompt, friendly, knowledgeable and explained his diagnosis well. He determined the problem and estimated cost of repair and gave his honest opinion for what we could do. In the end, we decided to replace the fridge with a new one. Would definitely call DC Appliance Repair again for repairs!

I’ve had DC Repair at my house and at my daughter’s house. This time I had Austin as my technician to repair my daughter’s dryer. He was on time, courteous, and fast. I called on a Friday and Austin was there Monday morning. Great service.

Today was my first-time using DC Appliance Repair. I called late yesterday to book the appointment and Robert the technician was on time and presented himself very professionally. Robert diagnosed the problem quickly and was right on target. The part was available on his truck, and he went right to work. Robert tested the refrigerator and cleaned up his work area. Robert was courteous, professional and explained the problem completely. I would highly recommend DC Appliance Repair for all your appliance needs.

Warranty applies only when you have paid us directly for a particular repair. Otherwise, your warranty is only the duration of the warranty you have with the manufacturer and/or extended warranty company. Our warranty does not cover food loss or loss of use. Single family home use only. Your product must be installed as per manufacturer guidelines and properly maintained to be eligible for our warranty.
