Prompt service. Calls night before to confirm appointment and also calls when he’s on his way to your house. Has knowledge of the product and talked with us about the repair costs and unfortunately for us was not worth repairing and he gave us insight on the brands that you can buy. He even helped drain the water from my dead washer. Pleasure to have come out to fix our problem. If need be would call them again and I already have referred DC Appliance repair to other people.
